Creative expression opens a doorway into deep body and soul exploration that shapes your life.

In Life-Art sessions, we work together to identify a subject you want to explore. This could be an idea, feeling, experience, opportunity, challenge—anything affecting you and influencing your decisions about how you shape your life.

With my coaching, you combine the arts—movement, drawing, writing, sound, and applied theatre techniques—to express yourself about the subject you have chosen. I guide you to fully experience your innermost ideas and feelings about that subject (yes, this may surface the “ugly stuff”, which is great because every thing unrevealed remains unresolved). The session concludes when you have gained fresh insight and/or there are no areas left unexplored.

The symbols we create in our art contain valuable messages which speak to the circumstances of our lives. As we learn to work with the principles of creativity and the practice of the arts, we are able to apply what we learn to all aspects of ourselves, including the challenges in our lives.

  • Individual and group sessions available, both online and in person.

  • Individual, one-on-one coaching sessions generally involve a 2-hour commitment; group sessions can range from several hours to a full day.
