This is an experience that everyone should have for through this maybe the ugly stuff can be let out, released. ‘Don’t feel’ is what society tells us: ‘Don’t feel, act; Don’t cry, hit him; Don’t complain, do it yourself. Don’t use feelings.’” workshop participant

Life-Art Sessions

This is change work.

Creative expression opens a doorway into deep body and soul exploration. You can evolve your entire self by combining movement, drawing, writing, sound, and applied theatre techniques. This allows you to experience your struggles, joys, challenges, and triumphs through new lenses, gaining different perspectives than your thoughts alone offer.

I can help you to resource the arts to make tough decisions, resolve ongoing struggles, improve communication, strengthen leadership and presentation skills.

Artistic expression levels the playing field by calling on each of us to witness and be witnessed in our vulnerability.

This work is applicable to all ages, situations, and levels of experience.

How it works:

I offer individual and group sessions which can be shaped in different ways, depending on your interests, focus, and availability:

  • Single 2 hour session

  • Full day experience

  • Weekend workshop

  • Weekly classes

In-person and online sessions are available.

The symbols we create in our art contain valuable messages which speak to the circumstances of our lives.

As we learn to work with the principles of creativity and the practice of the arts, we are able to apply what we learn to all aspects of ourselves, including the challenges in our lives.
